Our total factory space is about 300sqm which houses up to 80 machines, with a staff operation in the 100's.

We operate with the various machines like:

• Swiss type CNC Automatic Lathe (Up to 20mm diameter)
• CNC Automatic Lathe (up to 12mm diameter)
• Swiss make Escomatic Machine (from 0.5-6mm diameter)
• Centreless Grinding (from 1-30mm diameter)

We segmentise our operations into departments to ensure a high standard of quality is achieved.

Factory operates on a 24 hours, 7 days a week, with 3 rotating shifts, to ensure optimal output.
